At Mavi Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that all final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid Canada Post return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and affix the return label to the outside of the parcel, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
